A USP is a statement that explains what makes your business unique and why a customer should buy from you instead of a competitor.

It can be an attribute of your product or service, how you run your company, or a benefit you offer.

Whatever your USP is, it needs to be something that sets you apart from the competition and makes it worth a customer’s time to learn more about what you have to offer.
