What is: Marketing Funnel

The marketing funnel is a model used to explain the process of converting potential customers into actual customers.

It consists of four stages: awareness, consideration, conversion, and loyalty. Awareness is when potential customers become aware of your product or service; consideration is when they research their options and compare different brands; conversion is when they decide to purchase; and loyalty is when they continue to purchase from you again in the future.
